Cattery Information

We’re confident your cat/s will feel right at home with us. For your peace of mind, you’re very welcome to visit and take a look around our facilities, including our Chalet Suite – our spacious individual cattery. Simply give us a call on 01622 730 535 or drop in, and you’ll see that our facilities are second to none.

Viewing hours are 9am–10am and 1pm–3pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that viewings are not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Vaccinations

The health and wellbeing of all our feline guests is our highest priority, and we take great care to ensure every cat is safe and well looked after.

This is why we need all cats to have received an annual booster vaccination at least two weeks prior to entering our cattery. Proof of vaccination is required and we need you to bring their vaccination records on their boarding day – failure to do so will mean that we cannot accept them and you will not receive a refund of your deposit.

If your kitten has needed a restart vaccination or is having kitten vaccinations, please be aware the full course of vaccinations would need to have been administered by a vet within the normal time restrictions. They must have had both vaccinations a minimum of two weeks prior to staying with us.
