Whether it’s for a few hours or the whole day, you can relax knowing they’re in good hands and being looked after with plenty of care and attention.

Our Day Care Hours

Drop off is from 9:00am at the earliest, and we ask that all dogs are collected by 4:00pm. We do close for drop offs and collections between 11:00am until 1:00pm, so please plan around this when visiting us.

Vaccinations

As you can appreciate, it is extremely important all dogs are up to date with their Annual Kennel Cough and Annual Booster Vaccination before we can accept them for Day Care and we can’t accept any dogs if either of these Vaccinations expire before or during their stay with us.

When having the Kennel Cough redone, please ensure it is redone at least 4 weeks before Day Care if its Oral, or at least 2 weeks before Day Care if it’s Nasal. If your dog/s receive the Kennel Cough Vaccination by Injection, this must be at least 4 weeks before Day Care. These manatory requirements keep all our furry guests safe!

Please bring their up-to-date Vaccination Records with you on their Day Care date. Failing to bring their up-to-date Vaccination Records will mean we can’t accept them or provide a refund.

Food

If your pet need to be fed during their stay with us for the day, you will need to supply their own food.

If this is the case, please make sure is you bring enough of your dog’s usual diet to cover any meals required while they are in our care. This helps ensure your pet remains comfortable, maintains their normal routine, and avoids any dietary upset during their visit.

Medication

If your pet requires medication, you must state on paper what the medication is for and how often it is required per day. Also, if your pet struggles to take medication, please provide food such as cheese / ham / squeezy cheese etc for them to take it with the medication for ease.
We’re sorry but we don’t accept pets who require insulin.

Please inform us before your pets stay if they are on medication, as depending on what it is for may affect their booking.

New to Us?

We welcome new customers and want to make sure that your pet has a happy, contented stay while in our care.

For this reason, we ask that all pets are brought here before their Day Care date, so the staff can get to know them, we can give you a viewing of our facilities and we can also provide you with paperwork to fill in.

Do i need to book this?
No – You don’t need to book – pop along during our visiting hours which are between 9am until 10am or between 1pm until 3pm Monday to Saturday.

This is a requirement, and we can’t accept your dog/s on their Day Care date if we do not have this meeting beforehand.

Please note that we aren’t open for viewings on Bank Holidays or Sundays. Visiting us sooner rather than last minute is advised, in case there is a reason we cannot accept your dog to board, so you have time to make other arrangements. We do not accept aggressive or reactive dogs.

What information do we need for Day Care?
We need your name, your address, your mobile number and details of your current vets. As for your pet/s, we need names, ages, genders, breeds and if they are spayed/neutered or intact. We also need to know about any medication, allergies, if they are insured and finally if any of your pets are a foreign rescue or imported.
